Only stock items are eligible for returns.
Items are only eligible for return within 7 days of receiving items, please contact by email to request an RMA number
All items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is at customer's expense.
There will be a 25% restocking charge on all approved returns.
Any items that are broken, damaged or not in a condition to be resold will not be credited.
Credit will be applied after inspection of returned items.
Damaged Product Policy
Items damaged need to be documented by photo and emailed to email@example.com
Also include proof of damage to shipping box(es) if required.
Sports Awards Warehouse, upon approval of damages, will reship replacement awards free of cost.
Changing order after it has been sent by Customer
Sports Awards Warehouse can adjust orders until parts have been ordered. Once parts are ordered, the customer is responsible to create a new order. If the customer is attempting to reduce the amount of awards ordered and the parts have been ordered and shipped, before the request to reduce numbers, no adjustments or refunds will be honored. Once plates have been engraved, if a change is required, there will be an additional charge of .55 (55 cents) per plate for replacements.
